I live in a three storey flat and lately I have been a little worried as I have seen a chap hanging around outside the Fire Escapesin the evenings. I don`t think that anyone who does not live on their own can understand quite how vulnerable one feels in this situation, particularly a woman living on their own. What has delighted me no end is that the police are really taking these sentiments on board.
